The client:
A globally leading investment management firm with offices in the heart of Mayfair are looking for an experienced EA to join the team and support up to Principal level.

The role:
EA duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Diary management for Principals, associates and analysts
• Processing expenses
• Travel management and coordination
• Additional tasks as required

The successful EA will:

• Be available ASAP in an ongoing capacity
• Have a muck-in attitude and positive demeanour
• Be able to hit the ground running
• Be flexible to work in the office
• Be happy to assist the other assistants with overflow work
• Have previous Executive Assistant experience in a similar corporate environment, including financial services, professional services, tech and commercial sectors
• Have experience using Microsoft Office programmes
• Be highly professional in nature
• Ideally Have Concur and Salesforce experience

The details and benefits:

• Hybrid working, with 2-4 days in the office per week
• Hourly rate up to £28/hr (depending on experience) + holiday pay
